Reforwarding workItem

Hi Swami,

If the workitem was not started yet you can forward it to another user from SWI1
(open the workitem and click F5, menu path Workitem->Forward). If the forward
option is not available, then the workitem was probably reserved by the current
agent, so you'll need to replace it (put back to READY status) before it can be
forwarded...i assume you have adequate authorization..

Regards,
Serge

Subject: Reforwarding workItem

Hello All,

Can the forwarded workitem be reforwarded again as part of wflow admin job
?. My user has forwarded a work item to another user (who does not have
authorization to execute witem) who is on vacation at the moment. As a
workflow admin can I reassign this workitem back to the original user?. How
do I do that ? or is there any other option?

Thanks

Swami Bala
