Stephan,

No, that is the full functionality at the moment, but you know that =
requirements for things like these tend to grow over time. A bit similar =
is my process for the creation of users based on new employees, which =
includes stuff like generating passwords, assigning authorisations and =
informing the new employee and his/hers supervisor by emails or paper =
based correspondence. This type of stuff is easy to incorporate in your =
process once you have the triggering sorted out (always a bit tricky =
with employee actions).

No technical pitfalls experienced, process is running along happily and =
used quite extensively over the world. No errors occured since go live. =
As usual, forcing your functional people to deliverer a comprehensive =
spec is a far bigger challenge then building the workflow. Oh, use =
BAPI's as much as possible, there are loads of them available.

Best regards,

Jeroen

Hi Jeroen,

Thanks for your reply.

I was mainly interested in functionality, as my client is interested in =
an all-encompassing flow. Is the ID/ESS access the full scope, or did it =
do other things also?

Also, if you could give me hints on pitfalls etc. in this workflow, I =
would be most grateful.

Thanks,
Greetings,
Stephan

Yes, what would you like to know? The Shell process delimites user id
and ESS access.

Jeroen
