Thanks Mike, Jocelyn for your suggestions

I've written a short program which calls function module swl_wi_replace
(copied and modified it slightly) to automatically replace reserved items
for the necessary decision task, I will recommend its ran as a night batch
job for instances where the user may have forgotten to replace and gone
home.

I didnt know you could loop in a modelled deadline into the main workflow??

Cheers
Sunni
