BUS2054 Created Event - Linkage deactivated

I have configured a workflow to start on the Created event on BUS2054 using
BSVW.
 
In my workflow triggering event I have bound the event creator and event
object BUS2054 to the workflow.
 
When the event triggers my type linkage deactivates with an error. Two
entries are in SWEL, one says 'Feedback after error' the other 'Linkage
deactivated'.
I cannot find what this error is and the only time I have had this happen
before was when I forgot to bind the event object to the workflow.
 
Can anyone offer any suggestions of wither what the problem could be or
where to look for an error logs ?
