Subya,

I believe the TYPEID should 'B' for the SAP Inbox.

Look at the IMG for the express mail feature. Enterprise Structure->
Cross Application-> Document Management-> Document Distribution-> Make
Office Settings for SAPOffice. This is the path for Enterprise 4.7.

Subject: Send mail - Inconsistencies

I am using "send mail" workflow step type and having
some inconsistencies.

Its sending mails to the sap Inbox correctly but when
user double clicks and views the message it
automatically deletes from read and unread folders.

We enabled SMTP notifications to our workflows so if
user do not take any action on the message for some
given time then SMTP sends out a message to outlook.

Now due to this strange behaviour once SMTP job is
executed I am not able to view the message in SAP
inbox.

However this did not happen to some of the other
workflows with same container bindings.

Following Container values are defaulted ..

TYPEID = 'G'
Express = 'X'.

More to it some users are getting mail messages but
not in Express mode .. Not sure if there is any SAP
office settings are to be corrected (Transaction
SO16)..

Had anyone encountered this before..

I would appreciate if you could share any your ideas
on this..

Thanks
Subra
