I have created numerous new workflows but the new text does not appear
in
the header.
For example in DEV the work item text I get :
Perform Work for J Bloggs, Amsterdam, Date 23.11.2003
 
In the body of the work item, header is displayed again :
Perform Work for J Bloggs, Amsterdam, Date 23.11.2003
 
In QA the work item text I get the old text :
Perform Work for J Bloggs
 
But in body of message the header reads :
Perform work for, &_WI_OBJECT_ID.DESCRIPTION&, &OFFICEINSTRUCTED&,
&CREATEDON&

I run into the same problem all the time. The new work item text doesn't
actually appear until a new work item is generated. I have learned to
just live with this unacceptable feature.

I have a workflow in our CRM 3.1 QA system.
This workflow puts a work item in a users inbox.
The text in the work item in the users workflow inbox seems to be coming
from the old work item description.
I have refreshed the buffers in QA ,re-generated the business object,
generated a runtime version, but the work item text is still the old
version
but the body of the Work Item text shows the variable names but not
their
values.
When I view the task in PFTC, the work item text shows the new text.
Can anyone give any pointers as to the cause ?
