Urgent-Change WF-Batch to some other name in Lotus Notes

Give the user a name in the user master of WF-BATCH (su01), usually that is
picked up if there is one.
 
If that doesn't help because it only picks up the user name when going to
the external system (a matter of trying, I don't know off the top of my
head), change the user information in the WORKFLOW_LOCAL_nnn (nnn is the
client) RFC destination in SM59.

When mails/workitems notification flow from SAP to Lotus Notes, the sender
name comes as WF-BATCH, which i need to change to SAP or some other suitable
name.
Where do we make this setting to take effect.
We have gone live today and its bugging my client.
