WF dosn't started while I use transacion QM01

I created a new subtype from QMSM object. my new object type work OK and also
 
My workflow. Now my problem is that while i created a linkage with my object type and WF it's not start from transaction QM01 only from the test SWUS transaction.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
