Inbox items are blank

I am experiencing an intermittent problem where a user will receive an
item in their inbox but when they select it the next screen appears
blank.
I am able to see the item, log and basic data when I use SWI2_freq or
SWI1.
 
Checked the authorisations (no failures), the user has logged off and
back on still no success. A complete shutdown and restart of the desktop
has corrected the problem.
 
We have R3 4.6c on citrix
Has anyone come across this before?
