SAP workflow and Microsoft Outlook integration

Hi,
 
I would like to know if it's possible using the SAP workflow and sending
an automatic outlook email in an approval process for sales document
(SAP CRM opportunity) dependent to the status. Is there any
documentation on how to realize it ?
