user decision through the Universal Workflist

You need to specify that the task you are using requires this service.  You do this in the UWLTASKMAPPING.xml file on the portal - read the extended help on the UWL package on iViewStudio.com

Our Environment is (4.6c) and using Enterprise Portals 5.0 , its 620.
 
We are using Universal Worklist to view and process
work items through the portal.
 
If I click the standard user decision through the Universal Workflist in
the web, new window appear, but it's white blank window.
It's problem.
 
why does not appear user decision ( ewt : BWWF_WI_DECI ) in the web.
 
we already published service (BWWF_WI_DECI).
 
I really don't know this subject.
 
Did anybody make it happen ?
