user decision through the Universal Workflist

Experienced the same thing. Response from SAP was this is "works as designed".
I have a decision Task that has the Approve, Reject, View Sales order. 
 
If you close that blank browser, go back to the Universal work list, refresh, 
the next Task is now displayed in the link. 
Then, click that link and it should open the SAP GUI and 
take you to the Sales Order. It just not work the same as SAP GUI. 
 
We just tell the users to get in via the portals and go straight into the SAP GUI and work their inbox tasks 
until this is working in a next release or whatever the future fix is...

Our Environment is (4.6c) and using Enterprise Portals 5.0 , its 620. 
 
We are using Universal Worklist to view and process 
work items through the portal. 
 
If I click the standard user decision through the Universal Workflist in the web, new window appear, but it's white blank window.
It's problem.
 
why does not appear user decision ( ewt : BWWF_WI_DECI ) in the web.
 
we already published service (BWWF_WI_DECI).
 
I really don't know this subject.
 
Did anybody make it happen ?
