SAP workflow and MS OUTLOOK.

Hello,
I know that there is an option of receiving work items in MS OUTLOOK instead
of the SAP Business workplace.
 
What do I have to do to make it work ?
What special components have to be installed (On the Exchange
server/MS-OUTLOOK/SAP GUI etc.)  ?
 
I am using SAP GUI 4.6C, OUTLOOK 2000.
