SWUI

Hi,
 
I noticed something interesting when executing SWUI (Start Workflow)... it seems to be going through
  all the workflows in the system that are linked to events and activating them.  At least that is
the status message at the bottom of the transaction when you initiate it.
 
Can anyone verify that this is true ?
