Transport problem

Hello,
 
We've got this situation:
We've build several workflows in a development system. In a few weeks, we
want to copy these workflows to another development system. There is no
transport way between these 2 systems.
And beside that, we don't prefer to transport the workflows to avoid any
problems with the existing target development system.
 
Is there a possibility to download a complete workflow and then upload it in
another system?
