Hello Solen,

if you really really really insisted on changing the notification text, you
could try "translating" it in SE63. On the other hand, changing the work
item text ("You have cancelled...") to something more meaningful in the
first ~40 characters will work much much better for you:

- you don't alter a generic message to suit a particular purpose (--> no
impact on other WF scenarios!)
- you don't depart from SAP standard

Long descriptive work item texts are fine -- but rather as work item
descriptions, not short (subject-like) texts.

Kind regards,
Tomasz

Hi Workflowers,

I am using express e-mail to notify users that they received an urgent
e-mail.
The information displayed on the pop up screen most of the time means
nothing to them beacuse of the standard text comes up especially when the
work item text is long..

It is someting like :

( Express work item " You have cancelled invoice XXX. Do you wan " with
priority 1 received )

Is there a way to modify that standard text or completely remove it from
that pop up screen?

Thanks,

Solen KAHRAMAN
