WF-PR Triggered from MRP

It might be due to different release strategy configuration.  Are the MRP req's a different doc type?  If so, doc type may be used to exclude them from approval.
 
The configuration is done within the MM component, so I would recommend you work with the MM person.

If this symptoms happening since 3.0F, this make me amazed and more
confuse.
In my opinion whatever SAP trasactions triger PR transaction, it should
trigger workflow as well. MRP program generate PR number at the end of
the process. And if we test this PR number using workflow, it's run
successfully. It looks, 1 step missing.
Hopefully somebody have more logical explanation on this :-(

I've worked on this in 3.0F. There, the events to PR released were not
raised by the MRP program. I do not know now, but I could not find any
possible solution on 3.0F (the events were hard coded on the program).
