Authorizations to Transactions only through workflow ?

Hi Fred,
 
Thanks very much for the feedback, but then wouldn't I (or Basis Authorizations) have to grant the
users authorizations to ZMIR4 ?  And the end-users could execute ZMIR4 and have the same results;
that they could (laboriously) find an invoice that they shouldn't see ?
