Express Items

Hello, everyone...
 
When I have an office express message on my Inbox, every time I log on SAP,
I receive a popup message saying that I have some unviewed message. When I
have an express workitem I receive a popup message only once, not every time
I log on SAP.
 
My question is: is there a way that I can have express workitem working as
an express office message (every time I log on SAP, I receive a popup
message)?
