Urgent please - No administrator found for task - on a new task after migration

Hi Manju,
 
Reason is : WF Engine is not able to resolve the Agent for the Task at
Runtime.
 
You have associated the Standard Task into the Workflow Template.
1. In Workflow Template,In Header Information..Define One Adminstrator for
the WF.
2. Check the Agent Assignment at Task Level as well as at Step Level.
 
Possible Agents at Task Level and Actual Agents at Step Level both should be
assigned Properly.

In the test system I created a new task. Migrated to the testing system.
There it does send the work item to the correct user.  However when that
user tries to open the object it gives the message 'No administrator found
for task'.   What is wrong???
