Urgent please - No administrator found for task - on a new ta sk after migration

Check the agent assign of the task involved in the Prd system.
It may not have general task or an allocation to the JOB/POSITION involved.
In this case this misleading message can appear.

In the test system I created a new task. Migrated to the testing system. There it does send the work item to the correct user.  However when that user tries to open the object it gives the message 'No administrator found
for task'.   What is wrong???
