What are you passing to ADDRESSSTRINGS? If you use TYPEID 'U', you need =
to
pass an email address to it.=20
If the users who should receive the email have a username in SAP, it is
easier to send it to a TYPEID 'G' and pass a username (preceded by US) =
to
ADDRESSSTRING. Then you can set-up auto forwarding of SAP Office to an
internet email address for these users (transaction SO36) so that they =
will
finally receive the message on their normal email.

another question concerning SENDTASKDESCRIPTION:
 
I want to send a mail using SENDTASKDESCRIPTION - but it must be a mail =

I tried several possibilites in the binding WF->task: TYPEID 'G' is =
always
working but only sends mail to SAPOffice. When I use TYPEID 'U' my =
workflow
always gets to status 'error'.
 
Any ideas?
 
We are on 4.6B and user SAP internet mail gateway.
