transfering Organizational Struchure from client to client

Depending on the settings in t77s0 (TRSP), you will find RHMOVE30 or RHMOVE50 useful.
 
Another long term option worth considering is ALE.
The message type HRMD_A can be setup to keep DEV and TST in Synch from Production.
A good way to make sure the DEV system is running with real data.
