workflows don't start

check SM58 and see whether anything is hanging there.  We recently had a si=
milar problem.  It is something to do with the number of concurrent rfc con=
nections your WF-batch user is being allowed, as well as some other setting=
s of the fairly technical basis variety.  Basically, if your problem is the=
 same as ours, then you will see other batch processes being compromised as=
 well.

Hi  team members,
 
Something happened to me.
All workflows already used  can't work now.
I've cheched every parameter (config, diagnostic) , everything is ok.
Using start workflow (SWUS), the workflow start.
When using SWUE, nothing happeneed. No work item crreated.
