Terminating event in user decision step

Sorry, I had a problem with the last email...

Try to put the user decision task on a fork. This fork will have two paralel
steps and only one is necessary to terminate it.
 
In the first step you put the user decision and in the other step you put a
waiting for event step. So, when the event is raised on your system, the
fork will finishe and the decision will desapear from the users inbox.
