Background task does not work, foreground task does work

Thanks for your reply!
 
Via SM13 I checked that there are no update records (none today for all
users, all statusses and correct client selected). I also checked the
authorizations for WF-BATCH: SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.
 
Do you have another clue, we are really lost....
