Terminating event in user decision step

Hi all,
I've the following problem while developing my workflow (release 46c).
 
An user decision step is send to a certain number of users , only available
at runtime.
I've defined a terminating event in this customer task (not TS00008267),
included in a sub-workflow, because I want to let this task disapper from
all inboxes if a triggering event is arised.
When I activate the WFL all seems OK, but the first time I run it no entry
appears in instance data table-event linkages (TCODE SWE3).
Furthermore, in the WF builder, the terminating event is disabled in the
outcomes of my step and when I try to enable it again the program dumps.
 
Is my solution technically possible or I have to try another solution ?
