Initiator of event not being shown

Abby,

I've never had the need to capture the initiator when raising the event
via change document.

Sorry, I don't know what to tell you at this point.

Hi Richard -

Thanks for the advice. I've tried that, however, and it still doesn't
show up. The event is raised via a change document - I'm not sure if
that's the problem, but it seems like the event just isn't passing the
originator. Have you experienced this?

Abby,

I did a binding at the triggering event for the 'initiator' element to
expression 'event creator' which would look like _WF_INITIATOR <--
&_EVT_CREATOR&. You will have to hit the 'show lines' button to see the
initiator element.

Subject: Initiator of event not being shown

Hi all -

I'm having issues with 4.7 in that when an event is triggered in the
system (and therefore kicking off a workflow) the system is not
recording who was the person who raised the event - therefore the
workflow has no initiator. Has anyone else had this issue? What did
you do to counter it?

Please let me know - thanks!
Abby :)
