Send task description error

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me with this, I'm stuck spinning my =
wheels at the moment.  Basically I have a sendmail task that's supposed =
to send some information via email to an approver, asking them to =
approve an expense.  The email is sent out of SAP to Outlook inbox.  The =
workflow has been working great for awhile now, and all of a sudden it =
has started erroring out in our Dev system, but not in test and Prod, =
which is a good thing.  However, I need to stabilize it in Dev.  I've =
checked all the bindings and compared them to Prod and they look the =
same.  I've ran consistency checks and they all come out OK. =20
 
The error message I'm getting is pretty generic, "Work item =
000000306111: Object SD0_200   SELFITEM 000000306111 method =
SENDTASKDESCRIPTION cannot be executed".  I've compared logs between =
Prod and Dev, and the only difference I see, is that the container in =
Dev does not contain the parameters _RESULT and _WI_RESULT.  Does that =
just mean that the method didn't execute properly due to some bad values =
being passed into it?  Like I said, everything else looks identical, the =
only thing I've changed is the sendmail description text, but text =
should affect the workflow, should it?
