Fields not pulling through for task description

Hi Every-one
 
I'm trying to write a task description. At other clients I have not =
experienced this problem. In the SAPScript section where you write the =
actual task description, the available fields are not pulled through for =
selection. Is there some setting or trick involved that I am not aware =
of? I'm on 4.6C.
