Inconsistent evaluation result from check function of event

Check to make sure all parameters are exact.  We had a case were a parameter
was entered in lower case and the entry from the object was capital.  The
conditions are sometimes hard to tell if they are capital or not.

Have set up a start condition, client independent, for a triggering event
for a workflow.  However, have found that the check function
SWB_CHECK_FB_START_COND_EVAL returns 'Check FM ends with exception'
sometimes.  The test cases used all have exactly the same parameters.  Has
anyone encountered such a behaviour?  Would appreciate pointers on this.
