Email sensitivity

Dear all,
 
I am looking for a way to change the sensitivity of the emails I sent out of
my workflow to "private".
The emails are sent to an exchange connector, the SAP Connect and Exchange
server administrators are convinced that this parameter has to be set in the
SAP Application and not at there level.
 
If anyone has an idea ?
