First time use of workflow in the client

I have the following experience on this.
 
 
 
1. Please go to Tools, Email Accounts, view or change existing e-mail
accounts, click next.
 
 
 
2. Make sure that SAP MAPI Service Provider is in top and it is set as
MAPI (Default) in Type filed and if not click move down.
 
 
 
3. Click Finish
 
 
 
4. Quit your Microsoft outlook and restart it
 
 
 
5. Make sure that when you restart your Microsoft outlook, Profile Name
is correct i.e. Mx Exchange Settings and say PRD R/3 logon is online
with correct user name and password.

You might want to check your SAP Connect settings also. Basis team can
