R: R: Processing tasks outside SAP

Hello,
sorry I didn't understand that there was a tool behind this.
I thought it was solution concerning SAPForms or WebForms, since I =
don't
know this matter and I was thinking that perhaps it could be a solution =
to
having Exchange connector and also executing workitems outside SAP.

Does anyone know something about this?=20
Is it possible to execute workitems for instance on Outlook without =
using
SAP MAPIs but using Exchange Connector?

I've installed SAP MAPI: it's nice because you can access workitems =
directly
from your Outlook inbox.
But, as Alone told, users often don't like it because of the =
synchronization
and for other reasons.
Also you have to install it locally on every client (so if you have a =
lot of
clients..).

Exchange connector works fine, but it doesn't send Workitems.
It is possible only to run a report that tells the user that he/she has
workitems in inbox.

I was wondering if it was possible to send something like a Web link on =
a
SAP message, without having to redesign productive Workflows.

Is it a dream?
Thanks,
Maria Luisa

Hello MariaLuisa, Alon, et al,

Alon is correct in not distributing more information on his solution
through this forum. It is sufficient for all to know he has a =
solution,
and to contact him if interested.=20

This forum is not for marketing, sales, or solicitation purposes. It =
is
intended for workflow developers to exchange questions and ideas.=20
However, we must draw the line somewhere, or all of the subscribers =
will
be receiving messages regarding new products to make our lives easier,
and workflow consultants who are now available, and who knows what
else. For that reason, I applaud Alon in his restraint. And I
appreciate others who adhere to the guidelines of this list.

I encourage you all to feel free to use private email addresses for
messages that fall outside the scope of this list.

Regards,
Sue
