Duplicate inbox messages

Hello,
 
Something wrong in the workflow. The users  are
getting 2 copies of all messages in EDI inbox for all
the messages. Please advice what would be the wrong.
We did not chnaged any workflow config's.
 
Can any one please advice us how tos solve this and
also please advice where to start look at for this
problem.
