Can not create attachment when creating message in SAP office

Hi all,
When i create a attachment for a message in SAP
office,
The will a message that"Read error during PC
upload"then click cancle the will be another message
SO 013 .

But i can do this case in other SAP system.

What happend? Need any special setting in SAP?
