User decisions and MS Outlook

Hi,
 
I have a problem with user decisions executed from MS Outlook 2000.
 
The problem is that I have linked a secondary method to the user decision
(BUS2012 - display), but when the users double click on the WI in Outlook,
the PO is not displayed. If I execute the userdecision from the inbox
(right click - execute), I get into SAP and the SAP user decision and the
PO is displayed, but it can be confusing for the users to sometime
rightclick on the WI and sometime double click on the WI.
 
Is there a way to handle user decisions in Outlook, or must I create my own
forms for this?
