Automatic forwarding

Hi all-
 
I'm hitting a problem with an SMTP mail dispatch program we're setting up
to forward all work items to internet email addresses.  The program is
RSWUWFML.  For it to work, all users must be set up with automatic
forwarding in SO36.  I've set all the users I need to start up w/internet
emails in automatic forwarding, but the program is still sending them as
R3Mail in SAPconnect (transaction SCOT) and therefore failing.  I believe
it should be sending them out as internet mail.  I can't figure out what
I'm doing wrong.  Any suggestions would be appreciated...
