Workflow for approval of a report..

I had some experience with a similar scenario:
 
1. create a step for displaying the report, use business object REPORT and
method EXECUTE
you pass the report name in the key field you can also pass the variant in
the parameter
2. create an approval step (decision) right after the step in which the
report is displayed.
