No administrator for task found

It is possible that you need to 'refresh organisational assignement'..
This option is available in you SAP Office inbox, in menu 'Settings'...

Hi all -
 
I'm trying to use a workflow I recently transported from our Dev
environment to QA.  In dev it works just fine, but when I run it in QA I
get an error when I double-click upon the work item in my inbox.   "No
Administrator found for task."  I'm not hitting this error with the
other
workflows I've put into QA.  Any suggestions as to what might be the
cause?
