Hello Workflowers,

Did you know that the ASUG 2003 Spring conference will be held in New
Orleans, May 18 -21 ? Did you know that the Call For Speakers (via ASUG
link) has gone live, and will end on December 13 ? Have you ever
challenged yourself, and reaped the many rewards, by speaking at an ASUG
Conference ? Did you know that if you are selected as a speaker at an
ASUG Spring Conference, your registration fee is complimentary ?
Wouldn't you like to gain industry and peer recognition for your
achievements in Workflow and Webflow ?

The Workflow/Webflow group is seeking SAP Workflow customers to speak on
a range of topics, which include:

1. WF Administration
Real life customers are invited to share their best practices for this
important, but often overlooked aspect of workflow implementation.
Ideally, this presentation would include where the function of workflow
administration resides in the corporate structure, what skills are
necessary to be an effective
workflow administrator, how many hours per week are spent on workflow
administration at your site, how are the duties shared (if shared),
where a workflow administrator
can turn for help (besides SAP-WUG!), common practices, and pitfalls to
avoid.

2. CRM and Workflow - Case Studies
We would like to have 2 case studies from customers who have implemented
CRM and workflow.

3. How to do Workflow with or without HR
In this session, we would like to have speakers who can talk about doing
workflow with HR (yes, it's possible) and without HR (yes, it's
possible). In the first portion,
the focus could be on how to best utilize your company's existing HR
structure to accomplish the many role resolutions that a robust workflow
environment needs, including
responsibilities, evaluation paths, SAP Org Objects, etc. In the second
portion, customers need to realize that an HR implementation is not
required to do a
workflow implementation, and this sessions should offer techniques of
role resolution using the PD Org structure and other means.

4. Workflow in PLM and HCM - Case Studies
As in 'CRM and Workflow', we would like to have two case studies from
customers who have implemented PLM or HCM, and would like to share their
workflow implementation experiences.

5. Standard Workflow Template Enablement
Has your company enabled any SAP Standard Templates ? If so, which ones
? How long did it take to implement ? What were the benefits of using
these workflows ?

Please consider contributing to the Workflow/Webflow group by sharing
your expertise. The call for speakers is at
