Processing a Web-Form without Web-Workplace?

I'am facing the following problem:=20

I've build a Web transaction based on a Task using Object Form, method
HTMLprocess. This part is working fine. (I can execute this transaction
from the Web)

I've tried to generate a Web transaction for the Workplace. According to
SAP help I should generate a Web transaction using the "Easy Web
transaction" which is provided for the Workplace.

This doesn't work, The layout is completely mixed up and it just doesn't
works...

So I was thinking: Isn't it possible to let the users go directly to the
Form transaction without first going to the Workplace?

I send an email Outlook (when there is a new WI) with a Hyperlink to the
Form transaction. Is it somehow possible to, for instance, give this
link the Key for the right WI to be processed?

Or is there another way to route the user directly to the Form
transaction??

Any suggestion would be very appreciated,
