Hi all. Does anyone know how one can trigger a workflow as soon as a new fax is being received? Topcall or SAP ain't that helpful. I have to develop a workflow where a sales order fax should start the workflow. I need the fax and the fax number. We are using Topcall. I hope you can help me. Thanks.
