Hi Nat

Have you checked the OSS?=20

Sounds like something is triggering both events when you delete the =
service entry - which is not correct. Are there any custom event =
creation happening such as message control or status management which =
could trigger the create event perhaps? Are there any user exits with =
event creation and that it triggers create even if you delete?

Might be helpful if you can debug the program and see where its =
happening - you can then log an OSS if you can't find any notes.

Sorry can't be of more help.

Jose

Subject: Business Object BUS2091 - Service Entry Sheet

Hi All,

On deletion of a service entry the current instance of the workflow is
terminated and a new instance of the workflow is started to release the
document, however the service entry is deleted.

The following two entries appear in the "Changes" of the Service Entry.
            1 2

When I display the trace event for object BUS2091 the following was
displayed.

My question is why does a deletion of the service entry create two event
First event is a "CREATED" (The generation of this event is what I
cannot understand)
Second event is a " DELETED"

Based on my investigation the new instance of the workflow is started
because of the event "CREATED".
