Leave request questions

Hi all,

I have two questions regarding the "Leave request with HTML - WS20000081"
workflow which we are currently using;

1) This workflow works via the ESS, where a user fills in a web form
(FORMABSENC) and saves to kick off the workflow.
>From this form a user can change the approver, and the workflow will be
directed to this user.
In our company we want only users with a Line Manager Role to be able to
approve these.
Our problem occurs if a user decides to change the approver to someone who
is not set up with the Line Manager role.
Because of our agent assignment on the Check Leave step, if the approver
selected isn't a possible agent it goes out to everyone!!!

Is there a possible way of restricting the approver list to just users with
a Line Manager role????

2) The second question regards the "Confirm Absence" step that sends out a
confirmation email to the initiator (external and to their SAP Inbox).
Our company only wants them to get a notification to the SAP Inbox, however
a llot of people were getting them to their external email, some to their
SAP Inbox and some with nethier, or both.
After a lot of playing around, I think it has something to do with
Automatic Forwarding, and whether the SAP Inbox checkbox was ticked or not.

Does anyone have any experience of this, and would know how to just have a
mail going to just their SAP Inbox???

By the way we are on 4.6C here.

Thanks for you help,
