BSVW Status Mgmt - Customer Settings

We are working on 4.6c and have entered an OSS Note 143816, which was
suggested to be entered to address getting an "or" feature on the field
restrictions in the Status Mgmt table.  Several of you indicated you had
done this also.  We have entered the note, which basically called for the
entry of a function module.  We cannot seem to get the system to recognize
the function module.  Can anyone of you who has been through this scenario
offer any assistance.
