SapOffice vs Outlook Sap MAPI

Hi all...

I'm using Sap MAPI and it works very well, but I have two simple questions:

1) In SapOffice there is the option "Create Attachment" for a workitem.... in
Outlook with Sap MAPI I cannot find this option, that is I cannot create
     an attachment for the workitem....  Sure there is a way....

2) Someone knows how to execute a workitem with a double-click in Outlook with
Sap MAPI???

I hope someone can help me.
