Transport of agents

Hi every-one
 
When transporting agents between clients and boxes, does this overwrite =
any info in tables HRP1000 and HRP1001? The reason I'm asking is that =
the org structure is maintained in PRD and DEV and QA are not always =
kept in sync. So....if changes are made to the org structure in PRD and =
not transported across to all clients, will the transport of agents =
overwrite any info maintained for these objects in PRD?
