Changing agent to myself

Use Trans SWIA
or In Workflow Log. Goto to Tech mode.
Goto Workitem detail.
Select Change mode.
 
This automatically reserves the item. You are now and EXTRA agent.
If your don't want to execute. Replace it back "Replace" to status ready.

In WF development / debugging, I have a task assigned to a different user other than myself. I want change the assignment to myself to continue working. The WF task succeeded is in Ready state in another users business workplace.
 
How do I change assignment to myself to continue? I don't want to hard code my own name in all the task to develop. I know I can do it, but don't know where in the Admin.
