work flow inbox - Grouped according to Content

Hi Tamir,
This is a normal feature but it does rely on you applying the
group consistently to ALL your tasks.
If you have tasks that are not being picked up that you think
should be, suggest you use the workflow log and technical work item
display to double-check what is in the task container
for _WI_Group_Id.
Refreshing shouldn't be an issue here.
Jocelyn

Hi Jocelyn,
thanks , it is much better, but still at looks like sometimes it works and
sometimes it does not,
is it something normal ? is it relevant to the refreshing of the inbox or
some thing else

Hi Tamir,
Grouping by content groups by the main object of each task. As the object
of user decisions is DECISION it's not all that helpful.

One option is to use the "grouping by sort key" node.
To use this you set your object reference in container _WI_Group_Id of each
task. You could do this during binding from workflow to task. I.e. set all
work items to do with an object instance to have the same object reference
in _WI_Group_ID and then they will all show up in grouping by sort key under
the instance assigned.

Of course the downside is you need to change all your bindings to suit this
but it is a standard feature. Regards,
